This initiative led to the creation of a process that produces final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, ensuring an exceptionally reliable and precise grip on your optic. Our design delivers outstanding durability without adding unnecessary weight. Unlike conventional mounts, which are typically manufactured as separate components, we produce the bases and caps in batches. While others may proceed directly to anodizing and assembly, we incorporate additional steps to enhance quality. Post-anodization, the components are fully assembled and placed into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over custom spacers, allowing the rings to secure the optic effectively. The sets are then final-bored in our advanced machining centers. Each mount is removed from the machine in sets, undergoes quality control and is packaged to ensure the delivery of a perfectly finished product.
