This endeavor led us to develop a process that results in final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, providing a grip on your optic that is exceptionally reliable and precise. Our design offers remarkable durability without unnecessary weight. Unlike typical mounts, which start as separate components, we manufacture the bases and caps in batches. While others may anodize and assemble these parts directly, we incorporate additional steps to enhance quality. After anodization, the components are fully assembled and placed into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over custom spacers, allowing the rings to secure the optic effectively. The sets are then final-bored in our state-of-the-art machining centers. Each mount is removed from the machine in sets, undergoes quality control and is packaged to ensure you receive a perfectly finished product.
