ONE:1 utilizes revolutionary machining process where one machine comprehensively machines every part of the barrel from the beginning to the end. The process includes the ultra-precise single point cut rifling where the rifling is done with almost a hundred minuscule cuts. This method does not introduce stress to the barrel and no stress relieving is necessary after rifling. Perfect concentricity between the chamber, bore, and rifling. This process also yields uniform twist rate and ultra-accurate rifling grooves with a deviation of less than 0.0001 inches from groove depth to groove depth.
