Bergara's B-14 Hunter Rifle is ideal for serious big-game hunters. It has a 4140 CrMo steel barrel, which features a Black Cerakote finish, and is drilled and tapped. The molded synthetic stock is made of glass fiber reinforced polymer with bedded integral pillars for stability and enhanced accuracy. A SoftTouch coating gives the stock a soft, tacky feel that is easy to grip even in harsh weather. Its super-smooth B-14 Action, is a two-lug system with a Sako-style extractor and a coned bolt nose and breech to ensure a smooth feeding and extraction of the cartridge. It's also outfitted with a Bergara curved trigger to guarantee a crisp, clean pull every time you fire the rifle. This 308 Winchester model has a 22" barrel which is also compatible with Remington 700 style rings and bases. It has a hinged floor plate magazine.
