The upper receiver is Type 3 Hard Coat Anodized black for easier match-up with your black H&R Lowers. It features our 1/7 twist 20” pencil profile barrel and uppers forged from proprietary Nodak Spud Dies. These complete uppers are hand fitted and assembled right here in the United States of America.
