The Micro Trauma Kit Now - Plus+ is designed to be 30% larger than the original BFG micro medic kit (MTKN). This medical pouch caters to users who prefer the MTKN design but require the capacity to accommodate a full-size pressure dressing and chest seal. It is available with a MOLLE med kit mount, allowing it to be easily attached to plate carriers, vests, battle belts or any other MOLLE-compatible surfaces. This kit provides the same rapid access to medical supplies as the other BFG Med MTKN and TKN trauma first aid pouches.
