Built around the USMC IFAK design, the TKN-LARGE consists of two main components: a MOLLE-compatible outer pouch and a removable inner supply chassis. The interior features six rows of heavy-duty elastic, designed to securely hold one of three Fill Levels, such as a BFG MED Trauma Kit Refill or other medical supplies selected by the user.
