This pouch is often used by medics, typically carried on the flanks as a more mobile alternative to a full Medic Pack, especially in urban and fast-response environments where quick transport is critical. The TKN-Large is based on the USMC IFAK design and consists of two key components: a MOLLE-compatible outer pouch and a removable inner supply chassis.
