This versatile pouch is often used by medics, typically carried on the flanks as a quick-access alternative to a full Medic Pack in urban or short transport time environments. Built around the USMC IFAK design, the TKN-Large features two key components: a MOLLE-compatible outer pouch and a removable inner supply chassis. The inner chassis includes six rows of heavy-duty elastic to securely hold one of three fill levels, including a BFG MED Trauma Kit Refill or other medical supplies selected by the user. This design allows for easy access to critical medical equipment when needed most.
