Frequently used by medics, this pouch is often carried on the flanks as an efficient alternative to a full Medic Pack, especially in urban environments or situations with short transport times. Built around the USMC IFAK design, the TKN-Large features two main components: a MOLLE-compatible outer pouch and a removable inner supply chassis. Inside, six rows of heavy-duty elastic hold one of three fill levels, such as a BFG MED Trauma Kit Refill or other medical supplies chosen by the user. This design ensures optimal organization and quick access to critical medical supplies when needed most.
