Features
The Brownells Remington 700 receiver facing cutter is constructed from hardened steel and employs pilots to enhance the accuracy of Remington 700 and AR-15 actions without the need for a lathe. The cutter, with a substantial diameter of 1-1/2 inches, ensures the receiver face is precisely squared to the bolt way, facilitating an accurate fit with the barrel. It features twelve 90 degree flutes that apply consistent pressure, resulting in a smooth, chatter-free cut when used in conjunction with the Brownells muzzle facing and chamfering T-handle or the Brownells drill chuck adapter. The pilot, with a diameter of 0.70 inches, is compatible with factory-original Remington 700 receivers.
