The Brownells Armorer's wrench is frequently utilized when servicing AR-15s. The standard 6-pin barrel nut wrench is compatible with both peg-style and encapsulated barrel nuts. The 4-pin castle nut wrench ensures secure installation and removal of M4-carbine type receiver extensions. Note that the stock must be removed to slide the castle nut wrench over the buffer tube for nut access. The wrench includes a cutout for an A2 receiver extension nut, a cutout for a 1/2 inches torque drive and slots for 5/8 inches and 3/4 inches wrench flats on flash hiders and muzzle brakes. As expected from Brownells tools, the armorer's wrench features heavy-duty steel construction, precise dimensions and a comfortable anti-slip matte finish, ensuring durability and reliability.
