It is equally effective on pistols such as the Glock, Smith & Wesson M&P, Springfield Armory XD, SIG P320, CZ 75, among others. The Breechtool Original comprises three components, each designed for specific cleaning tasks. The patented main tool facilitates the insertion of cleaning patches into previously inaccessible areas, effectively removing carbon and grit through both clockwise and counter-clockwise movements, without relying on threaded attachments. The unique brush head can be angled to clean any dirty part of the firearm. It comes in two grades of stiffness, indicated by green and black brush heads, which are robust enough to dislodge debris and resilient enough to maintain their shape. The nylon bristles are effective against fouling yet gentle enough to prevent damage to the firearm. The brushes can be cleaned with warm, soapy water, though they will eventually wear out.
