The screw kit is housed in a plastic box and contains 12 pieces each of the 18 most commonly used screw sizes for scopes or sights. Additionally, it includes a pair of chrome-plated tweezers with flat jaws for easy screw selection and our convenient checker/shortener jig, which facilitates quick and precise screw length adjustments. The screws are crafted from high-strength, forged tool steel, featuring slotted heads and are tempered and blued to stringent specifications. We recommend that if a screw requires cutting and fitting, it should be treated with rust-inhibitive Oxpho-Blue prior to use. This treatment provides a highly rust-resistant, durable blue coating, enhancing both the appearance and longevity of your work.
