Features
The Browning 1911-380 blends two of John M. Browning's enduring innovations, the model 1911 design and the .380 ACP cartridge, into a modern, compact and lightweight pistol. Unlike many modern "pocket pistols" chambered in .380 ACP, the 1911-380 is slightly larger to enhance recoil management, facilitating faster and more accurate follow-up shots. Its 3.63 inches longer barrel boosts bullet velocity for increased downrange impact and improved accuracy. The grip is compact yet provides ample length and width for a secure hold, ensuring comfortable shooting. Available in Copper, Northern Lights or Black Cherry cerakote finishes on the slide, the 1911-380 Black Label Compact model includes several enhancements for user interaction. These features include stippled laminated wood grips, an extended beavertail safety, an ambidextrous extended frame safety, a skeletonized trigger and hammer and textured front and back straps. It also boasts steel three-dot combat sights, enhancing its functionality and precision. With these factory-installed upgrades, the Black Label 1911-380 stands as a custom-grade pistol designed for discerning shooters.
