The extended taper section in the constriction minimizes stray pellets and consistently tightens patterns, enhancing accuracy with a higher pellet count on target for each shot. Crafted from 17-4 heat treated stainless steel, these Choke Tubes feature a discreet matte black finish to eliminate reflections. Each Choke Tube's constriction has undergone rigorous pattern testing, delivering optimal patterns with shot sizes ranging from 4 to 10. For larger shot sizes exceeding #4, we recommend using an open Choke Tube for superior pattern distribution. It's crucial to pattern your shotgun Choke Tube with the specific shotshell load you intend to use, as different ammunition types and brands can produce distinct patterns with the same Choke Tube. Please note that Carlson's Turkey Choke should not be used with steel shot larger than #4, slugs, sabots, rifled slugs, or 00/000 buckshot.
