Features
Century Arms International is excited to bring back the VZ2008 semi-automatic rifle. Based on the Czechoslovakian VZ58, these rifles sport faster handling, better ergonomics and greater accuracy over similarly styled 7.62x39mm rifles. These rifles are constructed using a combination of newly manufactured parts and mil-surplus components. It all starts with a brand new milled receiver and new barrel to give you the strength, durability and accuracy that you demand. The trigger mechanism and fire control group are also new to ensure greater reliability. You'll immediately notice the familiar adjustable rear sight and hooded front sight that will put on target with a great deal of precision. It offers a last round hold open to lock the bolt back on an empty magazine and an ergonomic easy to use safety mechanism. All of the metal parts and components are treated to a fresh sharp black finish. The comfortable wood impregnated furniture is sourced from surplus material in excellent condition to give it warmth of character. When you're looking for the ultimate 7.62x39 rifle platform, you need the VZ2008 from Century Arms.
