Accurate, durable, and hard-hitting, the Daniel Defense Hunter series AR15 rifles blends proven design elements with features tailored for the modern sportsman. Built around a 16 inch cold hammer forged barrel, the Hunter 300 Blackout is engineered to deliver consistent precision and reliable performance across a wide range of projectile weights, making it well suited for hunting and general sporting use.

The barrel and carbine-length gas system are protected by the MFR 15.0 free-float handguard, providing a rigid platform that enhances accuracy while offering extensive mounting capability. A continuous Picatinny top rail allows secure optic placement, while M-LOK attachment points along the sides and bottom accommodate lights, bipods, and other accessories without unnecessary weight. The barrel features 5/8x24 threading and is capped with a knurled thread protector, allowing straightforward attachment of suppressors or alternate muzzle devices when desired.

This rifle is equipped with a factory-installed two-stage Geissele Super Semi-Automatic trigger, delivering a smooth and predictable trigger pull. An ambidextrous safety selector and independently ambidextrous charging handle support efficient operation from either side. The lower assembly is completed with a Daniel Defense buttstock and pistol grip, providing a stable and comfortable interface. Finished in a hydro-dipped Kryptek Highlander camouflage pattern, the Hunter 300 Blackout combines functional performance with a purpose-driven appearance suited for field use.
