Features
EGW firing pin stops are designed to be wider than standard models (GI is .466 inches wide), preventing the extractor from turning, which results in more reliable ejection. Additionally, the stop is thicker to eliminate lateral movement and the inside corners are radiused to prevent cracking, ensuring extended durability. The back corner features a .015 radius to soften the corner, while maintaining a square edge to slow the slide opening. Rockwell tested to 48 Rc, this firing pin stop is available for all 1911 models. It is oversized and requires fitting for optimal performance.
- Firing pin stops designed for series 70 firearms are compatible exclusively with series 70 models
