During operation, the extractor engages with the relief groove on the ammunition casing with each shot fired. Traditional designs often suffer from hook dulling due to constant impact with the casing, leading to tension loss and potential jamming, which can compromise accuracy. To address these issues, we have innovatively reduced the distance from the bolt face to the extractor hook. Unlike conventional designs that feature a straight right-angle cut, our extractor is machined at an acute angle, providing a larger surface area for the hook to securely engage the casing. Recognizing that right angles are a common weak point in other extractors, we have incorporated radii on both sides of our design to enhance strength and durability. The hook is precisely machined with a specialized cutter, resulting in a clean radius in the inside corner, a common failure point in other extractors. Furthermore, our extractor undergoes vacuum heat treatment, endowing it with exceptional spring properties and the ability to maintain tension for over 70,000 rounds.
