This wear and tear can lead to jamming and compromised accuracy. Our solution addresses these challenges by reducing the distance from the bolt face to the extractor hook, minimizing the impact and extending the component's lifespan. Unlike conventional designs that feature a right-angle cut, our extractor hook is machined at an acute angle, providing a larger surface area for a more secure grip on the casing. This design choice, combined with radii on both sides of the hook, significantly enhances the strength and resilience of the extractor, eliminating the weak points found in other models. Furthermore, our extractor is crafted using a specialized cutter that creates a smooth, clean radius in the critical inside corner, a common failure point in standard extractors. The vacuum heat treatment process imparts exceptional spring properties, ensuring the extractor maintains its tension and functionality for over 70,000 rounds.
