Before installation, EGW recommends confirming the hole spacing on your firearm's receiver to ensure it matches their published specifications. The mount features full-length picatinny cross slots, offering ample flexibility for positioning scope rings and accessories. A central channel reduces the mount's overall weight and often allows continued use of factory iron sights. Precision-machined in-house using state-of-the-art equipment, these one-piece mounts are an excellent option for both hunting and tactical applications. After machining, each mount is tumbled, sandblasted and type-II anodized for enhanced durability. EGW advises using 20 in-lb of torque and a drop of blue Loctite for secure installation.
