As a VTS model from ESCORT, this semi-automatic shotgun employs a gas-powered system akin to traditional autoloaders, but without the bulk of an under-barrel tube. The SMART Valve Piston reliably cycles 7/8 oz to 2 oz magnum loads in both 2 ¾” and 3” magnum rounds, thanks to its self-regulating design. This patented system is so dependable that heavy and light loads can be mixed within the same magazine without issue.

This 12-gauge, magazine-fed shotgun is chambered for 3″ magnum and cycles both 3″ and 2 ¾” loads seamlessly. The DF12 features an ESCORT standard oxidation-resistant, chrome-plated, drilled steel barrel, each proof-tested at the factory for maximum strength. A muzzle cover protects the barrel and secures the forend, enhancing the platform's robustness and modularity. A reversible charging handle offers ambidextrous operation for all shooters.
