It serves as an ideal drop-in component for new assemblies or as a replacement or spare for existing firearms. This upper receiver group includes a 10-1/2 inches 5.56 Gov/SOCOM profile barrel, a super finished full-mass 5.56 Bolt carrier group, an enhanced forged upper receiver and a 9 inches aluminum handguard. It is fully compatible with all mil-spec AR-15 lower receivers and components.
