Manufactured in house, these barrels are fully stress relieved, air gauge tested and 11 deg target crowned to ensure superior accuracy. Quality is integrated into every step of our process, beginning with the best materials, such as certified 4150 Mil-Spec steel. From there, each barrel undergoes a rigorous series of tests at every operation until it is finished in Nitride and final inspected for consistency and precision. Additionally, every barrel is individually checked for headspace using precision custom hardened gauges to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.
- Equipped with a carbine-length gas system for dependable performance and balanced recoil management
- Finished with a QPQ nitride-coating
- Standard 1/2-28 muzzle thread for broad compatibility with suppressors and muzzle devices
- Compatible with a 5/8 inches diameter gas block
- 1.10 inches L gas block journal for secure and stable gas block mounting
- Equipped with an M4 barrel extension
- Magnetic particle inspected for quality assurance
