Our barrels are crafted in-house, ensuring the highest level of precision and quality. Each barrel undergoes a rigorous process, including stress relieving, air Gauge testing and an 11 degree target crown for exceptional accuracy. We begin with top-tier materials, choosing either certified 4150 mil-spec steel or 416-R stainless and subject each barrel to a series of tests throughout the manufacturing process. After being finished in nitride, every barrel is thoroughly inspected, with headspace individually checked using precision custom hardened Gauges.
