Crafted in-house from gun-barrel-quality bar-stock, the Match series begins with 416-R stainless steel featuring 5R rifling. This hybrid rifling design, with lands opposite grooves and reduced sharp angles, minimizes jacket deformation, increases velocity and simplifies cleaning. Following rigorous testing, the barrels undergo Nitride treatment inside and out, securing the bore, enhancing barrel longevity and shielding against environmental elements. The barrel extension is coated with nickel teflon, providing exceptional dry lubricity and corrosion resistance. This coating also tightens the fit between the extension and receiver, further enhancing accuracy.
