These barrels feature an impressive 1:3 twist rate, designed to channel rotational energy and increase energy on target. As with all Faxon Barrels, the 8.6 Blackout barrels are machined from raw bar stock at our facility in greater Cincinnati to ensure the highest quality standards. Faxon's 8.6 Blackout barrels are fully stress relieved, air gauge tested, Magnetic Particle Inspected and 11 deg target crowned to guarantee superior accuracy. Constructed from 416R stainless steel, each barrel undergoes a comprehensive series of tests during each manufacturing stage, ensuring flawless performance. After rigorous testing, the barrels are finished with nitride treatment and undergo a final inspection. Each barrel is individually checked for headspace using precision custom hardened gauges, ensuring a perfect fit. Faxon's barrels are backed by the Faxon Lifetime Guarantee, offering reliable performance for the long haul. Faxon RemAge style barrels for 8.6 Blackout ship with a thread protector, taper adapter and Faxon RemAge style barrel nut. The barrel nut features a standard AR Armorer's castlenut wrench profile, making installation quick and easy.
