Those sba3’s off amazon are chinese crap that will break. Support a USA company and buy from SBTac. Yeah, you pay more, but you get quality and help the USA instead of China.
For sure, buy American whenever you can.
But tons of people use Chinese optics (usually holosun or swamp fox), slings, etc… Get the best you can afford.
If my choices were have an AR with a shitty brace or not have an AR, I’d rather you get the AR.
Holosun, swampfox, and primary arms are all US headquartered companies. Yes, they use chinese made products, but when you buy them you still help american workers and you have American QC. No name knockoffs from amazon have none of that.
I deal with gov’t contracts occasionally which typically require TAA compliant products. You would be shocked at the limited amount of products available that meet that requirement and even more so when you compare the price of the exact same products from the same company that are TAA compliant versus those that are not. Same product and the same manufacturer but assembled in a TAA compliant country causes the price to soar.
The point of that was just because it’s a US company doesn’t mean you are getting quality goods or US made products. Very few goods are made here anymore.
i dont know where you live but if i order and need the ffl, i pick it up at PSA. thats my ffl. they dont charge to transfer or ship. its about 40 miles there and 40 back home.
they will show it to you and make sure the order is good before getting into paperwork.
excellent service.
I don’t even go to Amazon’s website…i dont give my money to that federal spy they call Bezos. Literally can buy everything on Amazon elsewhere and find a better quality item alot of times.
Wish i could do that
I totally agree that you make things right, I was bringing attention to the volume of sales you have, which speaks volumes for your price friendly parts and finished products, all I was saying is that it is a longer process to right wrongs for some but wasn’t knocking PSA in any way honestly.
No worries, I didn’t take it that way
Eh… You mean, they have offices in the US, that they label “US headquarters”
When I think, headquarters, I think, main office. Holosun’s HQ is in China, not the tiny team that handles the imports in LA
They actually manufacture some stuff in the USA…you can try to rationalize buying chinese fake crap off Amazon if you want to, but in the end it hurts American companies, is theft of intellectual property, and shouldnt be trusted on a firearm.
holosun doesn’t make anything in the US.
I am a nerd and try to only buy US made optics (Sig Romeo4t, Acog, etc…) I was just trying to say that, getting SOMETHING, is better than nothing. You’d rather have a shitty setup when someone breaks in than a bank account saving up for a better setup.
