Has anybody ever had any issues with cycling flat-nose rounds like JHP’s through their AR-V?
Has anybody ever attempted to polish their feed ramps in order for the gun to run any flat-nose ammo through it reliably?
How did it go? Did it work? How did you do it? Anyone have any pics they are willing to share?
Does polishing the feed ramps void the warranty?

If you want flag nose to run in any pcc, you need to send it to Rudy at Macon Armory. Flat nose are extremely difficult to get to cycle.

Many people have tried polishing, reprofile, with mix reviews. May I ask why the flat nose HP’s? Absolute need to shoot them? If not I’m getting very good results with Corbon Pow’R’Ball defensive ammo. As far as reprofiling the feed cone to “enhanced” you could just buy another barrel for the same price. Then you would have another “reason” for a new build. Lol
