Has anyone else had trouble with ordering issues? Recently I ordered a 1000 Rd case of CCI Blazer 9mm Ammo 115 Grain FMJ 1000rd Case - 5200BK1000, but they only sent me a single 50-round box of CCI Blazer 9mm Ammo 115 Grain FMJ.

Welcome to the forum @j.brent.ellis :grinning:

Is it the right place? No. Is the the most visible place? Yes.

I would argue that leaving that kind of feedback under the product is good on a website where you only have one seller. The best product isn’t worth a whole lot if the seller makes it a terrible experience to get it. People can’t as easily leave negative feed back on a seller as they can on a product. People can’t as easily leave negative feed back on a seller as they can on a product. And even then you have to know where to look to see it. It is easy to see feedback on the product. And, if you go somewhere and everyone has the same or a similar complaint…its probably a good warning to a new buyer.

That being said, I have only ever had one really awful experience with PSA. Most of the time, I’m just shocked by the level of stupidity it the Q&A section.

Welcome to the forums @Mitsurugi2424 :cowboy_hat_face:

Bought a Panzer EG220. When it arrived it was missing half the items that were listed in the product description.
When i reached out to PSA to have them make it right I was told to contact the manufacturer.
I didn’t make this purchase through the manufacturer. I bought it from PSA.

Your customer service sucks. This will be my last purchase through PSA unless they pull their heads out and make it right.

They didnt make it either so they cant fix it. Their answer is the standard answer in the industry. Contact Panzer and they will handle it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I submitted two orders both were promptly taken out of my account. I called after eight days of not seeing any updates for shipping. I was told that both orders were cancelled by the financial department even though the funds were already removed from my account. After finally getting a hold of the customer service manager (Erica). I was told that there was nothing she could do except request a call back from the financial department in 48 hours. In addition, she said that she was the most senior person that I could speak to and that my complaint could not be elevated past her. So now I am 10 days past submitting and paying for an order without any of the items I need, and absolutely no outlook on when I am going to get a refund.

I have ordered a ton of items from this company for hunts that I run but their customer service is terrible. Go elsewhere for all your firearm needs.

Palmetto State Armory if there is someone in organization that can help with this issue, please contact me at (Edited by GuitarGuy).

I ran it up the chain, will see what I can find out. PSA will refund your money, no worries on that. The delay in that may be due to your bank, their bank, and the processor all having to talk.

PSA sometimes has an outright fraudulent description.for example The Springfield XDM Elite Defender Compact OSP 9mm 3.8" 14rd Pistol, as you can see it clearly says 14 round but the mag you get is only 12 rounds also the description clearly says “Additional features include an ambidextrous slide stop, enhanced slide serrations, and a 14+1 magazine capacity, complemented by a removable extended and flared magwell.”, "include being the key word here. Yet It does NOT have a “removable extended and flared magwell” This is outright deciet on the part of PSA. Dont you think things like this should be mentioned in a review? These features are a big part of why I bought this If it had been mentioned in a review I would have not wasted my hard earned money on it. PSA as well as the product should be subject to customer ratings.

I 100% agree. After spending probably thousands on PSA products over the years I’m considering finding another source for my needs because of their outright fraudulent item descriptions, slow shipping and lack of customer service. Any recommendations?

They copy descriptions directly from the manufacturer…

I think most I see do that or have almost nothing and you have to go back to the manufacturer’s page.

If they do then they don’t match it up with the product, anyway thats no excuse. They should know what they sell. This is not some amateur listing on ebay.

The point is if you look at three different web sites for the same model # they’ll likely all three have the same description provided by the manufacturer. Neither PSA nor any other vendor could sustain their price point if they had to support a tech writing / review for every item they market.

Correct. And all companies now use drop shipping which relies on 3rd party inventory updates.

I find it interesting that you claim to have spent thousands of dollars over the years on PSA products, yet just joined the Forum yesterday to bash a product description that you were given a viable reason as to why it was written that way,

It happens all the time. Everyone here always spends thousands of dollars and most folks always think they are the most important customer. Happens in every industry with every customer.

This is the Springfield Armory magazine catalog:
https://store.springfield-armory.com/magazines/xd-series-magazines/?_bc_fsnf=1&Caliber=9mm
There are no 12 round 9mm magazines for the XD series. You do know that the number 12 on the witness hole is not the capacity of the magazine?
This is the Springfield Armory description of the pistol in question:

It clearly indicates it ships with 14 round magazines.
Kindly post the UPC code of the item in question perhaps you have a defective magazine or have an obstruction inside . Perhaps your magazine loading technique needs improvement.

You are correct about the magazine I tried again and was able to get the 14th round in with a mag loader but.still the PSA description clearly says says “Additional features include an ambidextrous slide stop, enhanced slide serrations, and a 14+1 magazine capacity, complemented by a removable extended and flared magwell.” There was NO extended and flared mag well. The image shows it and the description says it has it. Is a little honesty and integrity to much to ask of a vendor? Overall it was an outstanding price for this peice but ill consider this blatent deception it next time I add to my armory.

PSA did NOT write the descriptions, the manufacturer did.
