These are some of the meat and potatoes of the bill, besides selling, buying, etc.
The bill, in its simplest form, would ban guns with detachable magazines and one accessory among the following:
- Pistol grip or thumbhole stock
- Grip that can be held by non-trigger hand
- Foldable or adjustable stock
- Muzzle break
- Shroud
- Threaded barrel
This is really upsetting and enough for me to move out of here, this is just ridiculous, a freaking 10/22 will be ban because it uses a magazine. All semiautomatic pistol, shotguns, etc. ban.

Yes Sir, I couldn’t agree more. Pitiful that in one Legislative season, they can impose the most Anit-Constitiutional new “laws” on the People. This would be more than enough for me to research a different State, something to align with my outdoor needs, yearly weather conditions and tax rates and cost of living. It would be time for me and mine to start fresh some place new, I’m personally partial to my beloved West Virginia.
This is just part of all they want to do. They want to track ammo sales with credit cards and all kind of crazy. When I was a little boy every time I hear Colorado I thought of gun fights, rifles and cowboys, this is really bad.

ok rent an apartment in Wyoming long enough to get a state ID… buy all the firearms you want, bring them back to CO and get new state ID… easy if you’re rich the law doesn’t even affect you…

The only AR’s I had my eyes on were the billet sabre .308 which I purchased Friday, I think, and the Jackl in .308 which has not came out yet. My anger is that these thieves keep adding all those nonsense laws which dont do anything to combat crime. Every time you purchase a weapon here you have to wait 3 days to pick it up. Cant have GHOST GUNS, except the P80 frame that comes assemblied, can have FRT even if they make them legal, bump stocks, raised the age of buying a firearm to 21 and the list goes on. If the governor sign all those crazy laws they want to implement on top of the ones aformantioned, thousands of families will be out of business, especially FFL’s and gunshop owners. Everything that uses a mag and ALL semiauto rifles, shotguns, and pistols will be ban.
to buy, the ones people already have are still legal… doesn’t help the businesses. so many people will be content with that too, even think “well i have this moment to buy an AK and few cases of ammo and hide it in my closet and no one else will”

i learned how to use my single action six shooter in 22mag, so when that’s the last legal thing we are allowed to carry i will still be efficient… criminals will have military grade weapons, but with my trusty 22 (Biden approved) im not worried i know all six rounds are more than needed to handle two car loads of gangsters im basically Wyatt Earp in a Deadpool costume…

I left Colorado because it is changing so much. Legalized weed was the first major thing, but it has gotten worse.
The weed-legalization was a preemptive effort to provide Soma for the masses - to prevent backlash amongst the willful ignorant, as the Totalitarians slowly built their wall-less prison.
Colorado is as Doomed as California and the Northeastern states. Now to whittle-out Kentucky and Tennessee - then the rest will fall into line.
Missouri and Arkansas are not far behind; the weedheads already are Legion.
Saddest part is that none of these absurd laws do anything to combat crime. They ban guns in the UK in 1997 and criminals started using knives. This year they will ban most knives.
I am serious, they are schedule to ban most knives this year, machetes, zoombie knives, pretty much everything, that is nuts.

Well, they pulled the assault weapons ban due to non sufficient votes in the senate and comments from the governor not in favor of the proposal. I have one more to buy which is the Jackl in 308 or 556. I was listening to Washington Gun Laws channel in YouTube and the new proposed gun laws in California are just insanity, you guys need to check that out, I could not believe what I was hearing.
