Dagger and Falling Mags

I hope this helps but to me it looks like the crown isn’t as steep. Sorry I’m a noob

Well there’s definitely a gap there but maybe try with the barrel only. My gap looks a lot tighter but doesn’t touch. It could be the angle of the pic. Try taking it straight from above.

Looks good to me but the real test will be after firing it.

How do you send a PM? I’m having these issues with my Daggers as well.

@Harv

Anthony is on vacation this week but @sean.psa or @Josiah_PSA may be able to help.

Hi I’m having problems with mags falling out with every shot. I bought a stripped lower and tried it with my wife’s dagger and the vented threaded barrel upper that I bought and both times the mag dropped

How do I message one of them

We tagged them. They will be in here when they get a chance. They have different roles in the company and unfortunately customer service does not have a presence on the forums.

Right on. However I don’t have the option to send a PM.

It’s because you are new. That’s why I tagged them. They are not CS though and have different roles in the company.

I just received my Dagger 9 threaded and PSAR-15 yesterday. First PSA purchase. New to gun ownership but have shot several times with brothers guns. My barrel is marked 9x19 also, should I assume that the mag drop is going to happen when I go to the range for the first time ? Is this a dangerous situation and should I request the replacement parts before I even fire the weapon ? Should the replacements be installed by a gunsmith since I am brand new to this ? Thank you ALL for your knowledge and willingness to help a newbie ….

You should be good. The issue was caught and fixed.

@buford9205 you cant personal msg anyone until you get your post count up some. its one of the features of the forums i beleive to cut down on spam bots and the like.

Is the locking block the main culprit with this issue?

According to Anthony they had some locking blocks that didnt meet their specs.

Went to a range today and shot about 100 rounds of pmc brass 115 grain and the tool ran flawlessly other than a squishy trigger. No mag drops, no FTE or FTF on its part, I’m one happy camper now!

Dry fire the trigger…it will break in.
