So I’m looking into getting the doctor cut dagger and was wondering if any one had any knowledge or a link to a list of optics that would for that cut or would I be better off getting the rmr cut one I know that the vortex venom will fit but I’m trying to find one that’s better on my wallet

I would also add, don’t cheap out on the optic. There really doesn’t exist a “quality” red dot (rmr or Doctor footprint) that’s under $200.
I appreciate it I may just save up and go with the vortex or buy the dagger that comes with it I just really like the fact the sight are in front of the red dot
Yeah I’m my research I’ve seen that a lot proboably save up and get the vortex
that is the part that sucks though, si that your paying almost as much for the optic as you do for the pistol… but that also applies to rifles and scopes too or other optics, so while its nothing new, it does suck.
So would I be better getting doctor cut or the rmr cut anyone have experiences with either pros and cons
Depends on the optic you want to use. Want to run a holosun? Get RMR. Want to run a vortex? Get Doctor cut.
This post is a few months old, but Primary Arms just dropped the SLx RS-10 red dot. It is Docter/Noblex cut. Runs around $150 and looks like a pretty good optic for a budget price.
@hughes35e It doesn’t fit the cut of the Dagger without modification to it or to the gun. Cut is correct, dimensions are wrong.
I got the vortex with the coupon code for the same drive
I’ve seen the venom on sale here for about $160. Can’t do much better than that for a sub $200 micro red dot. I have one on one of my daggers and it works well.

407/507C is RMR compatible, not Docter. There’s a whole thread here on compatibility.
