Dagger RDO coming loose

I have two different Daggers both with RMR cuts. I’ve shot both in a two day class shooting approx 500 per day. Both optics have come loose despite my using Vibratite VC3, cleaning the screws and slide holes. I also use a fat wrench to properly torque to 15inch pounds of torque. I don’t have this problem with a sight mounted on a Glock 45 and an Sig m17 mounted using the same procedure. I’m wondering if something is going on with the coating. Other than that I’m scratching my head in regards to what is going on

What optic?

One had a Holosun 508t and the second was a Holosun EPS. The plate for the EPS came loose not the optic which makes me think the coating might have something to do with it

I use blue loctite and have no issues with mine. If you arnt seeing the coating on the screws then i doubt that is the issue.

I personally don’t torque them down to spec, at least not with a wrench. I just crank it down by hand until it feels right. That and Vibratite and I haven’t had any come loose on me.
Double check screw lengths too, don’t want them bottoming out.

I don’t know what I am doing wrong but I’m only having this issue with Daggers.

For my HE407C, I used the long Holosun supplied screws. Used my vibratite, put a dab on the end of the screw, then cranked em down as hard as I could by hand. Never had an issue. If that’s not it, then examine everything very closely. Try the screws in the slide without the optic on there. See if there’s issues with either.
