Does anyone’s Dagger Compact Barrel Look Like This?

Hello, got a new Dagger complete slide deal delivered the other day. Little bit concerned about how the chamber end looks. Almost like someone throated or attempted to.

That’s brand new? May just be the lighting but yeah I see shiny bits on the barrel hood thing, doesn’t look new to me at all.

You had to have been sent a used one somehow, some inventory messup. My barrels with at least 1200 rounds through each aren’t even close to that. I only have slight silver bits on the feed ramp from bullets sliding over, and the top back flat of the barrel hood where it slides on the breech face.
No way normal use is doing that either, definitely modified. I’d contact CS, re-send pics and/or link them the thread.
My other barrel is the same way.

wow. I swear I saw a barrel that had been polished like that on this site a couple months or so ago! Some guy over polished the heck out of it and then complained about it. Was that pistol a blem or something?

Customer service isn’t on the forums. There’s a couple guys that can speculate but nobody that can help you with a return, you have to give them a call.

It’s a new barrel. Production often polishes the chamber and ramp with steel wool.
