I was recently browsing my local gun shop and noticed that they had one of my dream guns in stock, a Henry .30-30. I know it’s not much to look at but it’s definitely a dream of mine. Unfortunately though I’ve been looking unsuccessfully for a while I couldn’t afford to bring this beauty home due to holidays and trying to be “responsible” with finances. Thats ok though because it makes it even sweeter when I can!
Was eyeing this couple weeks ago actually. Went with an ak instead beacause of circumstances, but a 45lc lever action is in my near future for sure. Along with a single action to accompany.
Question about Colt Revolvers. I see the cylinder line there. I’ve never had a Colt Revolver and is that normal for Colts? I know it is on S&Ws and Ruger Revolvers. Doing some homework on my next purchase. Thank you.
My understanding is that it varies based on who / what gunsmith may have tinkered with it. A good analogy is Colts are like a watch inside. Colts are completely different inside with the older ones being hand fitted by a single person. I picked this one up second hand.
So the 545 and fnx45 are diff because ones striker fired ones hammer? What am I missing lol I have been under a rock apparently. I was in decided the next 10mm pistol I wanted , Glock being the only one I have so far. Was leaning for the x ten Or even the xd but fn has stolen the spotlight 100%… man do I need to win the lottery !
