man I know you love your carās and have put a lot into this one with everything youāve done to it.
That would absolutely drive me up the wallā¦
Hope you get it figured out soon @GamecockOperator
is it fuel injected? if so does the pump start making noise when you turn the key to on?
if no do all the battery connection tests and check to see if battery has proper voltage or if you have a bat tester that can tell you the health of the battery use that to ensure proper battery function. Sometimes batteries can read at proper voltage and still have a dead cell.
Check all the connections at the starter have someone strike the starter with a hammer while trying to start it( let them know it just has to tap the starter they arent trying to break anything). if nothingā¦

Is the ignition cylinder old/used/new?Are the ignition keys old and well used? Are they security chipped?
sometimes ignition cylinders and or keys get worn out over decades of use and Iāve seen both cause similar no starting.Iām pretty sure most cars older than like 1996-98 wont have a transponder chip in the key but sometimes the ecuās drop the transponder codes due to age or small shocks to the ecu.
you may have installed the starter improperly some starters and flywheels need to be installed in a specific way to prevent binding.
Iām sorry I canāt recall what year you said the car was but if itās manual from before the late nineties if the clutch is depressed it shouldnāt need a sensor as all that should happen mechanically in the transmission (as far as my knowledge serves me) perhaps your slave cylinder is bad and the clutch is not engaging properly?
finally if all else fails, go back and recheck your wiring work to ensure EVERYTHING is good and properly attached and making good conenctions wherever you cut spliced and or soldered and then if nothing check the whole dang electrical system for shorts and proper grounding.

That is all.
Sunday we had a big blowup at work with the manager one coworker walked out another put in notice and then I put mine in.
I told family I was moving back to NC I was done here.
Monday at work management is crying and begging me to stay, making promises and offers.
I donāt know what to do now I been here 15 years and thinking about starting over upsets my stomach.
Well, looking at it from a neutral outside perspective, hereās a couple thoughts:
-is the reason for the managerial blowup addressed or not?
-you sure implied within your post you arenāt happy with where youāre currently located and didnāt hesitate to put in motion a plan to get to NC when the opportunity presented itself. Is that what you really want to do, but havenāt because of work?
I appreciate your input.
Iām going to do a pros & cons list and see which wins out.
I just wanted to get it off my chest.
Tough decisions ahead.
Go one further and put a weighted number beside each pro and con as to how important that pro or con is to you put those pros and cons into life areas and rank those by importance and then multiply one number by the other and you have your answer. No second guessing.
Man thatās tough Kevin.
Iāll send some prayers your way ![]()
I Thank you Jammo

I get delayed every time.
I had been doing good lately, prior to I was delayed every other time.
@Rufus
Your cwp should preclude you from a BG check.
I donāt have one, thinking about it but I have never had one.
Really? With a cwp you dont need a bg check.
I just heard that my favorite cheap range has been actively trying to sell the property theyāre on.
It costs half as much to have 2-3 people share a lane than anywhere else charges for it.
aita for hoping it take them forever to sell?
We had a local indoor range and gun shop that took over a year to sell. They sold and its still closed up.
Well itās an old range from the 80ās thereās a modern range a block away from it.
I doubt very much that the business would be kept, it seemed a lot more like they were simply trying to sell the land that the building is on.
This was all heard from one of the workers talking to a member telling him theyād be notified if it was sold.
like I split the cost of sharing a lane and 2 boxes of .22 and it cost me a little over 20 bucks. Most ranges are 25 dollars for a single lane. an extra 15 bucks for an extra person then multiple gun costs.
