Glock Mag vs. PMag for Dagger

I have only used PMAGs in my Daggers, and P80 17 round mags i got dirt cheap from Midway when they were blowing them out. They are a metal lined polymer like a Glock. The only Glock mags i own are for my G22.
I have had people i trust tell me that the PMAGs can fail if left out in the sun. I just wouldn’t do that. Either in the gun, or in mag pouches

I’ve left the rifle PMAG’s in a car for years, it held up. Haven’t tried the pistol mags as long but they’ve been in the sun for a day, inside the car, and held up fine. (while loaded)
Amend2 mags and ETS have been good as far as I’ve tested them too.

Only difference I have noticed is that PMags are stiffer and are more of a pain to load the Glocks
