My 5.7 Rock was missing the extractor spring buffer so I emailed customer service several times without results. I then called customer service and spoke to Marie and she resolved the issue in less than 5 minutes. Thanks, Marie

I received the package from Marie. The part I was trying to get was the extractor spring buffer. The part they sent was the slide cover plunger.
I don’t know why it is so difficult to get parts from PSA. They won’t let me buy the part and they say I need to file a warranty claim. Seems like a lot of trouble to get a $0.50 part.
Even though I had a quick response from Marie, they sent the wrong part. This is quickly becoming a PITA.
I am still waiting for PSA to respond about the missing extractor spring buffer on my older slide assy. I am going to change my opinion on PSA customer service from great to poor.
I have even offered to pay for the part but they said they don’t sell individual parts. I just don’t understand why.
