I ordered a target from Infinite Defense on 5/26. It was supposed to ship and be delivered on 5/30. I called twice and sent two emails before I got a response about why my target hadn’t shipped yet. I finally got an email back from the President of Infinite Defense. He ended up sending the target with 2 day delivery. He also included a extra target, hat and clamps. Below is his response to my email. I understand that they are a growing company and that they are experiencing growing pains.
Matthew made everything right. I just wanted to know what was going on with my package. When it hadn’t shipped after it was supposed to be already delivered I was getting concerned that I wasn’t going to get my target. Below is my second email and Matthew’s response.
Hey Greg,
I want to apologize about not getting back to you and sorry about the issue with the order. My team has fulfilled the order and set it up as 2 days shipping to get to you.
The tracking information for your order is 381940770576 and will take a few hours to update, first update comes from when they scan it in at the facility(later this afternoon PST).
I will also track this order make sure it has a smooth journey to you. You happen to catch us moving our warehouses but please know that I pride myself in our customer service and this is not normally how slow I am to respond.

Subject: Status on order# 18866
I placed this order on 5/26/26. It was supposed to be shipped by FedEx tracking number- 381589972449. The package was supposed to be delivered to my house on 5/30/26. As of 06/10/26 the FedEx tracking number still shows that they haven’t received the package yet. I have sent multiple emails and placed several phone calls with no response from you at all.
If I don’t hear something from you before long I will cancel my order and do a charge back to my credit card. I met you guys at the PSA Gathering and this really surprises me that I am not hearing from you on this issue. This just isn’t the way to conduct business if you want customers to be satisfied with your service.
