My girlfriend placed an order on a Glock 19 on 10/13/21 and she still hasn’t gotten it and can’t get any information on it. It has now been 25 business days and not a word. Wonder what’s going on? Anybody had this issue before? It was supposed to be shipped to the Summerville PSA
What does the website say as far as the order (processing, shipped, etc.)?
@Chris2 I’m going to message you to get some information so I can look into it for you.
Ok, thanks
It’s said shipped since about a week after she placed the order
Josh is looking into it. Make sure your phone number, email, etc. are correct. I have gotten emails from the store before that my order had arrived but they have gone to my spam folder.
Yeah, we have tried all that. Thanks. Just waiting on an answer from Josh.
I know this is an old thread, but I’m curious if Josh was able to help you out? It’s going on 35 business days now for me since I placed my order, and still no word. Chatting with an “agent” was no help either… thanks in advance!
I’ll message you to get some information so I can look into it.
Yeah, he was able to tell me that my firearm should be at the store because it was showing that it was checked In there on his computer. However, nobody ever contacted me from the store and I had to physically go up there after calling numerous times with them telling me that it wasn’t there yet, to find out it was in fact there and they had just not got around to it after all those days. I will never ever buy another firearm from PSA online again. It happens to me both times I purchased from them. Everything else from the website shipped fast for me, like ammo.
I had similar happen at the Columbia store. No, they wont call and yes, I had to physically go to the store to request info.
Recently I ordered and was charged for a 1000 rd box of 9mm and was shipped a single 50-round box of 9mm. 279.99 is a lot to pay for 50 rounds. I really hope PSA makes it right. Has anyone else had an issue like this?
When it comes to doorstep ammo delivery there are allot of factors as to whether or not it arrives complete, intact, or at all. I live in a retirement community 55 and over. So unless its a mixed up delivery by USPS, everything gets to the right house. There is no one pilfering delivery here yet.
Then there is your ammo supplier and PSA has been great except for one area, ammo packaging. PSA is improving as most bullets stay inside the little boxes now, but occasionally there’s some tearing.
As far as missing ammo I’ve only experienced it during the 2020 shortage whem some off-the-wall seller was shipping light orders. My credit card took care of refuning me the difference.
Use the photo of the porch delivery provided by the shipper, it should validate amount by the size package. Then use that to request the shipper investigate as you don’t want to contact ATF. That should help shake out some answers.
Apologies, I keep forgetting to check the last post date and not respond to resurrected old post. Moderator should give these old post a self life and block them.
Why does it take y’all so long to ship something? I understand but other places like Primary Arms ships the next day. I recently ordered something from them. Fast shipping, another place Son of Guns amazing customer service. Palmetto doesn’t care tried calling LMFAO!! This will be my late order from Palmetto state armory. You take my money as soon as I push send, but I don’t hear anything until it shows up on my door?.. that’s not how you do business and remain in business.
So Goodluck with your none communicating business I will use Primary Arms or others. I have found one other place that is worst optic planet so I guess good bye. I will tell all my friends about my experiences with palmetto state armory. Do better!¡!
I am no expert but I have noticed if I buy a PSA item it ships next day, but I think sometimes they sale partner items that may take longer to get shipped. Just a guess, I have only had a couple items take more than a couple days to ship.
But everything is communicated by Palmetto. So like Friday I decided I wanted to put my AR15 A2 back together and needed the lower kit with A2 Stock 99.99 sale so good timing anyway, order 20th June shipped Monday 23rd. Got email from them as soon as it ships with tracking number, they always ship UPS to me also which is ABOVE AND BEYOND. Love UPS. Only thing I remember taking a bit to ship was when I bought a sale 5.7 Tisas, figured it was dropped shipped form partner.
You maybe correct. My last order showed processing until the day it showed up. This current order shows processing, I order a daily deal it’s still showing processing?
They used to be really good. I ordered a gas block from primary arms on a Monday that Wednesday it was on my doorstep? Thank you
Yeah I have zero patience for getting my stuff especially these days with so many options for shipping. So I understand completely.
@michaeljudah2561 PSA delivers 7 tractor trailer loads a day to UPS. They do a ton of volume and try to get everything out the door as quick as possible.
If an item is “fulfilled by a PSA partner” then it is drop shipped and will likely come FedEx. PSA’s main shipping warehouse in Columbia only uses UPS.
I just learned they do not ship via ups, they ship between stores with there trucks between stores.. This is shy it takes so long to get a order.. 15 days to get a order shipped between stores??? This is why it is better to just buy from another merchant and have it shipped to FFL..
The majority of the time it takes has nothing to do with shipping and instead all the atf required paperwork. 7 tractor trailer loads a day to ups plus PSA trucks to stores take a lot of paperwork.
