My first order

UPDATE i received my tracking number ( 4th business day)… I just placed my first order with Palmetto 5 days ago for an AR kit with NO serialized items. My order status has not changed, still under “processing.” Normal delivery is 3 to 5 days according to all the stuff I’ve read. I made an order status inquiry and received an auto reply to allow 15 days? Has anyone else experienced this? Are they filtering reviews because all that i have seen have no complaints in shipping/processing times. How long should i really expect? At least to get a status change and tracking number

Its Business Days, make sure you dont count weekends. Also, unfortunately due to UPS backlogs, lack of workers, etc. It is taking longer.

Product reviews are for the products, not on service. When you are shopping for a specific product, but people are commenting on things that have nothing to do with the product or never even bought that product, you’d never get the info you needed about how good the product is.

For example, you posted this question in the products forum. What product is this question about?

There’s a pinned post about shipping at the following link:

Thank you - i just found the pinned post which is a little more clear than what I was finding on the website… that may just be my own “USER” error… appreciate the reply, just anxious/excited to do a build for my girl… I’ll be a little more patient.

Welcome, to PSA and to the world of ARs. My first AR, (well, that I owned and not the USMC) was an AR10 in .243Win. It loved factory ammo, but I could not find a recipe for reloading it that it liked, so I moved it to someone elses house. While I had it, the Mrs. decided that she liked it, but it was a bit too heavy for her, so SHE actually adopted the first AR15 in our home.
As I understand it, PSA gets thousands of orders a day. Serialized or not, it takes some time to get it all out the door.
FYI, I ordered a PSA 9MM upper on March 16. It shipped 5 BUSINESS days later, and it arrived today, so I know that anxious feeling all too well.
I’m not saying this will be the case with your parts, but PSA has always treated me right. You just have to have a little patience.

Respectfully,
Bill

That anxious feeling while waiting for your order to ship…

Lack of workers, you say? Maybe…wait. No. It snows there. Cancel the U-Haul!

At first glance I was like, “is it cost-effective to print a standard grip when you can get them for like $5?” But then I looked again.

I’m like this for EVERYTHING, because my “stoop” is a walkway. I often track packages and will be sitting outside when the truck pulls up. Porch Pirates sailing through my parking lot will meet resistance.
