KS47 Upper Inventory

Wow. When will your be available and how much will they be? I’d rather buy yours, but I’m getting impatient.

BCA won’t be out of stock as long as PSA is. They keep selling lowers with no uppers to match.

Count me as one who needs a KS upper. Like a schmoo, I ordered the lower. I hadn’t been keeping up with the KS project and was going to put my existing PSA AR 7.62x39 upper on it. I found out that was not a possibility, and now it seems I’ve bought a rooster to lay eggs.

C’mon, PSA, help us out!

We are working on getting more uppers out! Should not be too much longer.

Edited by GuitarGuy: this is not a buy/sell forum. Thanks.

How much longer on the uppers?

I see the 16” uppers aren’t even on the site at all anymore like they never existed. Used to be able to look them up and it would say out of stock, I can’t even look the 16” up or find them on the site anymore.

I’ve also been getting emails last couple days too that say-‘back in stock notification items have expired’

Are the 16” uppers discontinued??? If so I’m going to have to return this lower….

The 16" uppers have not been discontinued! You will see them on the website again shortly. I do not have an exact date yet.

If PSA worked half as hard at getting some upper parts in stock as lowers we would all be in good shape. I emailed in December, no response. Got an email today saying “stripped upper in stock”, went to buy and got a “404 error page never existed”. Still 5 complete lowers in stock as usual. I guess I bought an expensive paperweight. Check daily, 5 lowers. PSA’s customer service is severely lacking from what it used to be as well

Are you sure that you really want to buy a KS47 upper? I bought an upper and a lower. I was impressed by the accuracy. But the recoil was more like a 308 then 7.62x39 and it would jam at least once every 30 rounds. I replaced extractor springs etc to try to fix it with no luck. I also tried another KS47 bcg but I couldn’t even hand cycle rounds without mortaring the rifle to get the live rounds out with the other psa bcg that I had. So I sent it back to psa. After two months I started calling to check on the status of the repairs. Every time I called I was told something different. The last time that I called I was told PSA was waiting on parts to make the repairs but they could not tell me what was wrong with it. Four months have gone buy and I just received an email from PSA telling me that they shot my upper 10 times and it worked perfectly, ejecting all 10 spent casings at 3 o’clock. So they sent it back to me. Now I’m right where I started, trying to fix this pos with no parts supply from psa. Thankfully I have a lifetime warranty.

Got 3 email notifications of “back in stock”. Opened each only for them to be blank. Noticed instead of 5 complete lowers in stock today there are 6! And still ABSOLUTELY nothing to make them more than a paperweight. I should have went with the CMMG. I would bet my years salary they have better customer support than PSA’s now

I guess as soon as they drop, they will sell out… thought I did good when I bought a lower for $250, now I see why they sold it to me.

Yes it really is pretty pathetic. I check daily and 5 or 6 complete lowers. Nothing else. They know they are selling products customers can do nothing with. I even asked if they wanted to buy my worthless lower back. That was the only time I got ANYTHING from customer service saying “there have been uppers in stock since your first email in December”. So they did read my email! Just didn’t see it important enough to respond to. Maybe they had 1? Guess they have been more worried about raking in the money from useless lowers

While they may not be in stock right now they do regularly come in stock…

How great would that be! Looks like maybe they would even out the number of uppers with the number of lowers they always have available. At the very least have the proprietary bcg’s and stripped uppers.

I check daily-have yet to see an upper in stock.

I am super frustrated with this issue. Mainly because first off, I had ordered a lower and upper at the same time, same order. The lower came in, got it transfered, and then I got a notification that they had canceled my upper on the order. Said there was an inventory issue. Wtf is a lower gunna do me? Second, I keep getting kicked out of the back in stock notifications. At this rate, I would like to know if/when they are gunna be back in stock, or if I can return my useless lower.

@Josiah_PSA please could you make contact with me regarding 16" uppers, or parts to build. I check this site daily and have notifications, but they just expire and I have a ks-47 lower I would like to finish please.

Thanks
