Let's see this season's hunting rifles/shotguns

Got a new bird gun last weekend for partridge. Mossberg silver reserve chambered in 20ga.

Will likely take my henry 30-30 out a few times for white tail, however I’m really tempted to bring my AK-P out a few days and try to take a doe with that as well. I got multiple tags this year so maybe I’ll get lucky enough to use both.

Those both look Frikkin’ Schweet!

The Mossberg is on my shotgun collection list. Nice looking gun there.

I got a pretty decent deal on it at the local shop ($625). Hopefully I have some luck on the logging trails this weekend to see how she preforms.

Thanks! I love the tacticool guns but also enjoy the classic lever and break action guns for hunting the older I get.

Nice! You must have made enough progress on Mother in laws place that the wife let you out.

I may have had to sneak after work on Sunday. At least she thinks this one is pretty

im still in the middle of building my ar10, well i pretend like im getting to it, should be sweet but instead of buying a scope for it and actually building it i bought an AK… so i guess this is my current hunting rifle.

and my tact-14 for turkey! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday!!

Ar10 (12.5")

Or if i want to go long distance 16" 6.8Spc

Some of ya’ll must be hunting very dangerous game!

IDK why, but that AR-10 is begging for some of that tape over the velcro strap on the brace. Or get some tan velcro. Thats a VERY nice unit ya got there.

It has a multicam wrap now.

I save the bastardized 45-70 for anything dangerous.

A tactical lever action is on my to buy list.

Highly recommend going big or going home. Get one in 45-70 and just be done with it.

I will, and it will be suppressed also, for those dang velociraptors.

Stop! I was looking at tacticool lever actions last week. Don’t put more things on my want list.

Dang that thing is nice

Looks like marlin is bringing back the 1895G so you’re in luck. The used market was starting to look overpriced when they discontinued the model a few years back.

This year’s rifles are last year’s rifles, because of the increase in interest rates.

All of my firearms money is being used to pay off debt.

I refuse to participate in the Usury practiced by the US government, and their hangers-on.

But if I had the extra $$ … I just found 3 more BRASS 7.62x39 cases at the range on Wednesday.

Would like to compare a well equipped 7.62x39 (with a heavy 24" barrel) to a 308.

But that experiment will have to wait.
