READ the law… KNOW the law!
No FFL that I know of would put it all on the line based on that law. Why? Because it would end up being him vs. The Fed, and Texas wouldn’t help.
Then again, all those wasted lives that died or were permanently maimed over the past 245 plus years in the name of our freedom and liberty are now worthless trash?

What words did I put in your mouth? I stated a fact. If you read the text of this Bill, you will find that this Bill is for the free people of the State / Republic of Texas, not FFL’s. Nowhere in this Bill does if suggest or even focus on FFL’s violating their license agreements with the federal government to perform their duties as gun dealers, rather those that wish to MANUFACTURE, SELL and PURCHASE Suppressors, Silencers, Mufflers in the Free State of Texas.
The Fed will care about that bill as much as they care about 2A sanctuary states. While it’s a good step forward, unless the legislators are willing to fight on behalf of the people and put their own investment at stake, it doesn’t really matter.
NEWS FLASH: The Fed is targeting 2A Sanctuary States, Counties, Cities AND WE, The People. The Fed does NOT dictate to US, WE DICTATE TO THE FED! The quicker to understand that, the quicker you will realize where your position with your freedom, liberty and sovereignty lies. Either fight on your feet or get on your knees.

??? It was PSA that wrote me and asked me to embellish on my profile and invited me to begin a forum, which I did, under “NON-PSA” which is this one, “MADE in TEXAS Suppressors”. So, how is it that I am getting blasted for being the creator of this forum?
I dont know what the PSA reps on here wrote you. I do know that it is obvious you are very passionate about this suppressor law as you have posted the link to it 4 times. Even in this thread when I have tried to dialogue with you it appears that you just want to argue (although I will admit you cannot show emotion in text so it is hard to say).
Let’s just realize we are all on the same side and we all enjoy shooting, freedom, and the continued fight. This is a place where we can talk all those things knowing we can find support. Arguing, etc. Will not help any or that. 
I’ll gladly stand beside you if that is what it came down to.
