Ordered a pistol Monday, messaged an agent Thursday and they said it shipped, I asked for a tracking number and they said I couldn’t get one on a serialized purchase?? It says it shipped 2nd day air so that mean I should of had it today but still nothing.
Anyone else have this issue too? I’ve got no way of knowing where my pistol is lol.
I’ve always gotten tracking info from PSA on serialized parts. Sportsman’s Guide doesn’t send them though.
Let me clarify that. The pistols I’ve ordered via PSA were not there’s and were dropped shipped from a warehouse somewhere. I have yet to order a PSA branded pistol.
I have always gotten tracking info. I think you can also log into your account and see your order status.
order history - view order - Order Shipments - Track this shipment
they would have been shipped from their warehouse location in west columbia, that is it. same would happen for PSA branded pistols and rifles.
and that should provide a tracking number of some sort. you may have to look for it on one of the pages it opens for track shipment, but it should be there.
My serialized items from psa had tracking.
Everything serialised from PSA has had tracking. I’m tracking my Daggers right now - should arrive at my FFL tomorrow.
Log in to your account and look at that order, click/tap order shipments, then the tracking number after that.
