Dude, I’m having the same issue. Mine won’t go back at all unless it’s forced. I took an in depth inspection and found that the ejector hits the firing pin and prevents a smooth re-assembly. Sending it back asap.

Sent mine back, they fixed everything, and quick turn around time, I have around 1K rounds through it since it’s return, with no issues at all

How long did the repairs take? They gave me a 30 day eta when I called 
Mine took just over a week, including shipping.

The EDC glock and my new dagger. Might switch over to the dagger for EDC once I feel confident it will perfom without issue. Currently have 200 rds threw it. Haven’t had any FTF or FTE. It ran the 200 rds just fine but currently a little concerned that the recoil spring retaining cap went MIA. Also watching a spot in the slide that looks to have some odd wear, like somthing is rubbing that shouldn’t be. Will also be throwing a dagger slide on the p80 hopefully in the near future.

I’m not really a fan of putting a red dot on my pistols. It also makes holster selection more difficult.
I don’t mind if it has the cut, but I’d prefer to have the rear iron sight in the rear. Night sights work great.

Got the FDE dagger two weeks ago. Got the black one for free last Friday when I bought the plum AK-P. Hell of a deal for $899. God bless you PSA
