Hello I am trying to purchase a sabre but I am running into some small issue. It seems to be rather common but in my case I believe it has something to do with my last transaction. I’ve done plenty of business with PSA and never had an issue until the last time I ordered from them. I ordered a PSA AK billet handguard and the product I received was not complete there was no hardware included nor were the end caps that held the rail together. I reached out and was told I would receive a UPS label to send it back. Weeks go by and I don’t receive any label. I reach out again and am told they have sent a label and will send another one. I wait another week roughly and still no label no nothing so finally I reach out for the third time with a BBB complaint at that point in time the label is sent and I’m able to send it back. I immediately updated my complaint to reflect this and it was closed. I never charged back anything though I certainly considered it after almost a month of having issues but I didn’t I let the process play out. Now I can’t order anything from PSA and I don’t think it’s a coincidence. I don’t think I did anything to be “barred” from purchasing PSA products I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me out with this as there are products I still want to try from PSA like the sabre and the JAKL.
@Anthony_PSA or @Josiah_PSA may can help when they are back in the office. It may be that you need to talk to CS though.
Understood thank you for the response I have sent out a Request to customer service hopefully they reach back out the only unfortunate thing is by the time I get it all sorted out the rifle I’m looking at will either be off sale or sold out lol
if that is the case they may be able to help if it is off sale or out of stock by that time… psa has been known to try to do just about anything within reason to take care of their customers.
Heck yeah I sure do appreciate that fact it’s difficult to find a company that wants to take care of it’s customer
@yaboiceize there is a chargeback associated with an order for a Dagger on your account. You will need to contact CS directly to see if they will lift the flag.
Ok thanks for the information seems odd to me because I have ordered things since then including firearms and I am fairly sure we sorted that affair out on the BBB without a charge back I do try and avoid that if possible. I will wait for CS to reach back out. Thanks again.

Firstly don’t freak out, read the rest of this post and follow the correct course of action. This error is normally resolved in a couple days if not sooner, but we do need your help to get it fixed. Please contact Customer Service and provide them the following information and let them know that you believe your account is flagged and being blocked.

Email-
Address-
Description of where error occurs-
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT post that information on this forum
Now you may be asking why am I getting this??? Well it could be:
- YOU ARE USING A VPN (see below)
- Your FFL info is wrong or out of date
- Your billing and shipping info may not match
- Your account may have been flagged for potential fraud
- You have made a charge back or disputed a charge on an order from us (CONTACT CS )
- You are attempting to purchase a restricted item for your location
- OTHER
If you are using a VPN and it is making your IP address appear overseas, your order will be blocked until your IP address appears in the US.
Now these are some of the more popular issues we see with this error, that being said there are a lot of OTHER reasons this can happen.
