NOT moving to no Utah…I’ll be in the sticks
WA is run by misanthropic tyrants and being swarmed by violent nutjobs. Also, five active volcanoes. Perhaps Idaho?
That’s the plan. ![]()
Wow you really need that takedown pin, dont you. ![]()
I regret your state has abandoned the 2A. I imagine if you used the same language with her you used here she did her absolute best to help you.
No, she didn’t do her “absolute best” to help me. She told me she couldn’t help me because “we have to follow federal law”
Which is a lie. There is no local, state, or federal law this would be in violation of.
Well, since PSA records their CS calls im sure @sean.psa or @Josiah_PSA or @Anthony_PSA can listen to the call and know exactly what was said.
As for compliance, every gun company spends thousands making sure they dont break the laws. If they wont sell a part, its because of a law your state or town has.
Edit: i have silenced this user per his response to me and his public posts.
Since you live in Massachusetts, perhaps you should read your own state laws. Here is a summary of their AWB:
Well, you can no longer respond after your reply to me. So look up 2 posts, and see the explanation your own govt put in place.
Please don’t move to Texas.
This person obviously doesn’t understand that a business has to protect themselves…
I got a couple PSA daggers from them and I live in Washington. Honestly, it not shipping with $12 pmag isn’t a big deal. Just Drive into Oregon and buy the magazines there (for now).
I couldn’t agree more. I live in the Columbia Gorge and it’s an amazing area, has literally everything within 1 hour drive. Portland, for your cosco runs, Gifford Pinchot National Forest (Mt. Adams), Mt Hood National Forest, Columbia River, Rain Forests, Dry ■■■ Desert, and everything in-between. Wish our dictator Inslee and his precious Seattle didn’t run the state.
When did you get the Daggers?
I purchased them right from PSA’s website. Had them shipped to my hometown FFL in Washington. They sent them without the magazines to comply with the 10 round limitation. I had asked if they could substitute the 15 round mag for a 10 and that was a no. This was just a month or so ago so not sure if anything has changed.
Interesting…thanks for that
It might have been the politicians and liberals of this state that started it, but Palmetto preaching The second amendment on their page and then abandoning the customers of Washington and all the other states in the union with unconstitutional laws is absolutely Hypocritical. Either you’re 100 percent behind the second amendment or not, and this has just shown that they won’t fight back.
Focus your irritation elsewhere (your state and local politicians.)
PSA determining that your state is beyond the potential for lawsuits and general grief isn’t hypocritical, it says more about your state than it does them. Do you think they get some kind of joy out of limiting their reach, potential customer base, and potential profits? That they actually WANT to restrict certain states? Absolutely not.
We’d all have to bear any litigation costs.
